2025 BOOSTER CLUB INFORMATION
Welcome to the 2025 Girls Soccer Season! We're excited to have you as part of our program. Below the registration information is more details about our Booster Club and how we support the BVSW Girls Soccer Program.
BVSW Parent Meeting will be Saturday, March 8, 2024 at 9:00am in the Fixed Forum (through the main doors and to the right).
Coach Jones will be speaking about the upcoming season and the Booster Club will have information on fees, events, activities, sign-ups and spirit wear!

- Store opens 3/8 and closes 3/16
- Orders will be delivered in 2-3 weeks after store closes. No shipping costs, your orders will be delivered to your BVSW soccer player. A small portion of the proceeds benefit the BVSW Girls Soccer Program.

- All team and individual photos will be taken on Saturday, March 8 outside the Fixed Forum starting at 10:30am.

Girls need to show up dressed in their assigned uniform with socks, shoes and ready to go.
- FUNDRAISING
- In addition to the Booster Club fees, we ask that our families participate in our restaurant nights, Egg My Yard and post-game drinks.
- April 19 will be EGG MY YARD7:30-9:30 starting the commons

Welcome to the BVSW Girls Soccer Parent Booster Club. We are looking forward to a fantastic season. If you have any questions, please e-mail us at BVSWGirlsSoccer@gmail.com. Our main purpose is to support and promote the Lady T-wolves Soccer Program. In addition, the Booster Club is the program’s primary source of funding. We welcome and encourage the families of all levels of players to be involved in our booster club.
BVSW GIRLS SOCCER PROGRAM HISTORY
A little bit about the BVSW Girls soccer program. Our first year was 2011 and we have grown into one of the top high school programs in the state!
· 2 Time Kansas 5A state Champs (2017, 2018)
· 2 Time EKL League Champs (2017, 2019)
· 10 Regional Championships/Elite Eight(2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2021, 2023)
· 5 Final Four Appearances (2011, 2014, 2017, 2018, 2021)
· 3 Time Kansas 5A State Finalist (2011, 2014, 2021)
Booster Club Committees & Activities
Our committees and activities include: Fundraising, Spirit Wear & Apparel, Team Dinners, Game Day Food, Team Photos, Senior Night, End of Season Banquet, Parent Socials/Tailgating, Windscreens, Team Parents, Communications & MORE!! WE NEED the parents to be involved. Please be sure to sign up for a committee or help with a team dinner.
What do we fund?
The Booster Club provides financial support in many ways: Uniforms( for 3 teams-Varsity, JV, C), Training gear (3 tops for all players), 2 pairs game day socks, 2 game day spirit shirts & 1 sweatshirt, additional gear backpacks, stadium jackets, rain jackets, warm ups etc), soccer equipment, tournament fees/expenses, Senior Night, End of the Season Banquet, travel day food and snacks, coaching development, Video Analysis, Game Day programs, Field Signage, State Tourney, Travel Expenses and more.
Fees & Fundraising Your Booster Club Fee goes towards all the items listed above. Each player receives and gets to keep 3 Training Shirts, 2 pairs of Game Day socks, 2 Game Day T-shirts and a Sweatshirt. In addition, we ask that our families participate in our restaurant nights and other fundraising events. 100% of all profits benefit the players and the soccer program.
