In a rain soaked double overtime thriller the Lady T-Wolves kept their dreams of another State appearance alive by putting away St. James Academy Thursday night at the Wolf Den.  Lightning always preceeds Thunder and that was no different Thursday night as 7 minutes in to the second half STJ Thunder followed up on a bobbled ball in the box and made the T-Wolves pay.  That seemed to wake the Lady T-Wolves up as 5 minutes later B. Pigneri passed to K. Gonzales who hit a lightning bolt of a shot outside the 18 tieing the game up 1-1.  The T-Wolves flexed their muscle in OT as they possessed the ball in STA half of the field most of the OT stanzas.  With few minutes remaining in the 2 OT K. Golzales delivered a corner into a scrum in front of the net, the ball rebounded out to a waiting R. Like who drilled it into the back of the net for the final crack of thunder.  The Lady T-Wolves host Aquinas in a winner take all re-match on Tuesday night at 6:00pm in the Wolves Den at SW.  Go T-Wolves!
