The SM NW Lady Cougars were looking for a refund Friday night but instead paid dearly at the hands of the 2nd ranked Lady T-Wolves on April 15th.  Like a never ending tax audit R. Like started the barrage as she scored in the 27th minute of the 1st half to give SW a 1-0 edge at halftime.  In the 2nd half the Lady T-Wolves got things started early as R. Like scored in the 4th minute of the 2nd half on a nifty move.   3 minutes later Rilynne Like went to the bank again by depositing her 3rd goal completing the hat trick.  The T-Wolves weren't done with the inquisition of the Cougar defense as Gracely Briley and Cailee Traen scored goals in the 31st minute and 32nd minutes respectively.  The Lady T-Wolves continuous offensive pressure, timely defense and solid goal keeping led to a 5-0 win on the road.   Next up for the Lady T-Wolves Tuesday are the STA Saints at Aquinas.  The Lady T-Wolves will need an intense and committed effort to defeat the 5A Defending State Champs in this repeat of State Finalists from 2015, but if they win they would likely take the top spot in the EKL.  Go T-Wolves!
